As I contemplated the challenges faced by my Fulbe community, particularly women and girl children, I was reminded of the words of Denis Waitley, who stated that we have two options in life- to accept the status quo or to take responsibility for changing it.
Being a women/girl child advocate, I chose the latter and resolved to take action towards addressing the issues affecting these demographics.
After conversing with several women across the African continent, it has come to my knowledge that those residing in remote villages are deprived of basic medical facilities.
The lack of hospitals, clinics, and menstrual supplies has resulted in an alarming rate of maternal mortality and infections.

Additionally, girls are unable to attend school due to the unavailability of menstrual products, leading to poor academic performance, while women are forced to miss work and lose employment opportunities, further exacerbating their predicament.
After witnessing the inadequate healthcare facilities in some underprivileged communities, I was inspired to become an advocate and fundraiser for their cause.
I procured the required supplies and donated them to these communities. I also obtained certification in Human Rights to add credibility to my campaign and to raise awareness about this issue on a global scale.
The plight of these women is heart-wrenching and calls for immediate action to address this pressing issue.

Moreover, I am in the process of building a team of professionals to establish a mobile maternal health clinic to provide necessary healthcare services to women and children in these villages.
